Psalm 115:14

Inhale Beauty Exhale Ashes

As you embark on this journey of welcoming new life, remember this: there is profound purpose within your womb. The womb is a sacred space–one we are only granted 40 weeks of access for our entirety, an experience we are not privileged enough to recall.

Despite modern medicine and the technology of ultrasounds, the womb retains God’s design of mystery. Yet it is a the nurturing haven that protects during our most vulnerable stage. The Natal Network is rooted in faith, love and hope. We champion education, advocacy, and your right to a birth experience free from trauma. We are set apart in this industry because our support model was created with compassion and evidenced based care.

Even as you read this, miraculous changes unfold within your baby–tiny in size but monumental in purpose. Our hearts and hands are here to serve you.

Compassionately,

Origin Story

Background in Industry

The Natal Network was birthed in adversity by Tracie Williams, mother of two, founder of Jehovah Rapha-Jireh Transformation Health Inc., Licensed Practical Nurse, and trained doula with over sixteen in healthcare. She also serves Museum of Motherhood as an Executive Board member. Her background spans a wide range of clinical care settings from pediatrics to geriatrics with a strong foundation in healthcare management. Driven by a deep passion for women’s health and wellness, Williams launched The Natal Network to support families through one of the most transformational moments in life.

Personal Journey

Beyond professional expertise, her personal journey through motherhood greatly shaped her mission to lead women’s care. Her first pregnancy ended in a heartbreaking preterm delivery at 19 weeks. Although she was not able to raise her first daughter, who she named Angel Rose that loss instilled a rich sense of empathy and compassion for other families with complex pregnancies.

In 2012 she was blessed with her “rainbow baby” and again in 2023 she welcomed another child into her family. Both pregnancies were considered high risk due to incompetent cervix. To prevent preterm labor, she underwent a cervical cerclage procedure–a surgical stitch is used to keep the cervix closed. Despite this intervention, she experienced cervical funneling and was placed on strict bed rest almost immediately after the stitch placement. She was unable to work while expecting. Nor was she able to do simple task such as walk through the grocery store, or stand to cook. This led to significant financial and mental devastation.
